Hello, I'm so glad you're here
My name is Carrie Le, and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist based in downtown Calgary, Alberta. I offer individual therapy with adult clients for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, grief and loss, self-esteem, and family of origin issues. Over the past seven years, I have worked in various community and health care settings with children, adults, seniors, and families. My combined clinical training and research experience inform how I approach treatment planning and monitor client change. My hope for therapy is to create a safe and inclusive space so that clients feel supported in exploring their issues, learning new skills, and making meaningful change.
